Ohasta Pantry Privacy Policy
Ohasta Pantry is an offline kitchen notebook published by OHASTA TOV (Kyiv, Ukraine). This policy explains the small set of data the app handles and the third-party services that load alongside the app on Google Play.
Pantry items, recipe notes, and shopping lists are written in the app and stored on the device using the operating system local storage. The app does not require an account, ask for an email, or collect a name. The publisher is OHASTA TOV, registered in Ukraine.
01Who runs the app
The publisher of Ohasta Pantry is OHASTA TOV, a legal entity registered in Kyiv, Ukraine, with DUNS number 681219012 at 1 vul. H. Skovorody, Kyiv, 04070, Ukraine. Direct correspondence about the app or this policy is welcome at support@ohasta.store.
02What lives on the device
Three kinds of content are written by the user inside the app and held by the operating system on the same device:
- Pantry items the user adds, including a name, category, unit, current level, and an optional low-stock threshold.
- Recipe notes the user types, including a title, freeform body, optional tags, and a favorite flag.
- Shopping list rows the user adds, including a name, quantity, unit, optional aisle, and a checked flag.
This content stays in the local SharedPreferences storage that Android assigns to the app on the device. Removing the app from the device removes this content with it.
03What the app does not do
The app keeps the data work simple by design. It does not run an account screen, does not ask for an email or full name, does not run a cloud sync of pantry, recipes, or shopping items, and does not run advertising networks. The opening of the privacy policy uses the device default browser through the standard Android URL handler.
04Third-party software in the build
To run on a Google certified Android device, Ohasta Pantry includes two pieces of third-party software that are common to most Play Store apps:
- Google Play Services from Google LLC. This is the standard Google client library for certified Android devices. It is part of the runtime layer and may exchange diagnostic and licensing signals with Google as documented in the Google Play Services privacy notice. The signal flow is governed by Google, not by OHASTA TOV.
- Google Fonts typeface files from Google LLC. The Inter and Archivo Black typefaces ship inside the app package and render text on the device. The packaged fonts do not contact a Google server at runtime.
05Children
Ohasta Pantry is offered for general use in a kitchen and is targeted at people aged sixteen and over. The app design avoids registration, profile collection, and personal communications, which keeps the surface that interacts with a user small.
06How users keep control
The user keeps direct control over the content inside Ohasta Pantry through ordinary device actions:
- Open the app and remove a single pantry item, recipe note, or shopping row through the normal in-app actions.
- Open the Android system settings, find the app entry, and clear its storage to wipe every saved item at once.
- Uninstall Ohasta Pantry through the Android launcher or the Play Store entry to remove the app and its local content together.
07Updates to this policy
If the data flow inside the app changes, the publisher rewrites the relevant section of this page on the same web address and pushes a new build of the app to Google Play that points to the same address. The current text on this page is the binding version. Direct questions to support@ohasta.store.
08How to reach the publisher
Send a note to support@ohasta.store and mention Ohasta Pantry in the subject line. The publisher reads the inbox under the OHASTA TOV business address in Kyiv, Ukraine.
